The Second site we visit on 21st of March was in Brickell with speaker Giovanni. He elaborated on Brickell City Centre by Swire Properties, which was a 11 Billion project. Swire continues to confirm our confidence in Miami with development of Brickell City Centre.
A global company, Swire Properties Inc is the U.S.real estate subsidiary of the publicly listed Swire Pacific Holdings Ltd based in Hong Kong. Whether in Hong Kong, China or Miami, the ability to develop world-class mixed-use projects creates destinations and builds value for the communities around them. Art and landscaping firm had a vision to combine both features to make this site be a great project with Phase 1, 2A and B with 10 years in books.
According to Brickell City Centre site, this 12 acer it is important to us that we keep the lines of communication open throughout the project’s construction so we may help to minimize the occasional inconveniences. Therefore we have created this site to provide a view into the construction of the project, including important updates and information on related activity around the site, including roads, traffic signaling and Metro mover entrance upgrades. The project will also contain two levels of underground parking, covered sidewalks, and interconnectivity between all the buildings. In the Centre, 9.1 acres along South Miami Avenue between Eighth Street and Sixth Street, 5.4 million square feet of office, residential, hotel, retail and entertainment space, in addition to a two-level underground parking garage that spans seven acres below the property, An environmentally progressive Climate Ribbon architectural feature that will provide innovative climate control so shoppers can walk in comfort between stores and restaurants, Incorporates key transportation centers with the Miami Metro mover while offering easy access to Interstate 95 (Brickell City Centre Article). This vision was awesome which will change the view of Miami Brickell area for tours.
